Objective One
Demonstrate the ability to create and document technology strategies and product development plans.
In Project Management we had to take a complex and turn it into a Zombie Proof housing unit. We had to create a WBS with 3 levels and a total of 30 items. We had to add the cost and with an explanation
In Project Management we had to create a OPPM on a project that we wanted to complete within 5 years.
In Marketing we had to create a company pitch, then record ourselves giving the pitch.
Objective Two
Demonstrate the ability to assemble resources and infrastructure needed to successfully take technologies to market.
In Entrepreneurship to Market we had to create a plan for launching a product or service in great detail from start to finish and explain how the market plan, analysis and customer base was factored in.
In Entrepreneurship to Market we had to create a pitch deck that would showcase our company we created, the issues with the current market and how our company would fix those issues.

Objective Three
Demonstrate capacity to apply lean/agile approaches in the development of organizational mission, strategy and technology product development.
In Project Management we had to put together a Project Close Out Report on our Zombie Proof Silo. We had to include the 6 key close out steps.
In Strategic Accounting we had to create a Business Start Plan and explain what the product and business will be.
Created a slideshow that showcases a product that I created and will be taking to the market once finished.
Objective Four
Demonstrate baseline knowledge of business operational elements (finance, legal, operations, resources, marketing, market analysis, manufacturing and supply infrastructure).
In Strategic Accounting we had to create a Excel document that would show the proper costing for production of the project that we were creating.
In Strategic Accounting we had to create a Excel document that would show the income and expenses for our company.
In Trends in Business Technologies, I had to create a word doc and PowerPoint that would showcase a technology that I think Dell needs to get into. I had to show the risk vs cost and show research that would show that Dell would make a profit off of my new technology.
Objective Five
Demonstrate competency in leading technology teams.
In Tech Production Studio 1 I worked on the Bunkie project as the SCRUM Master. My main job was to keep the OPPM & Trello Board update along with keeping the team on track to complete the project by the end of the class.
In Tech Production Studio 2 I worked on the Product Placement at Home project. My job was to work on the OPPM, website and to create the Trello Board and keep it all updated.
Objective Six
Generate and visualize data for use as decision making analytics that metric and communicate organizational performance.
In Leading Technologists and Teach Teams I had to create a 30 and 60-day plan as coming in as a new manager that had 12 people on the team. 6 members were tenured with at least 5 years with the company. The other 6 were new employees that have been with the company for less than 6 months.
In Leading Technologists and Teach Teams I created a document that would outline how I would motivate employees, lay out my communication plan, handle conflict, and how to get them to work as a team. I had to do this with three different industries.
